Hello skands137 , From some research on internet I found that if the student is domicile resident of Gujarat then they are eligible to give exam and if the student domicile resident of Gujarat residing in other states are also eligible.

Once, you pass your class 12 exam from CBSE, CBSE will send your original marksheet, pass certificate, migration certificate to school. You can collect these certificate from you school once it arrives there.
You can also get digital certificate issued by CBSE in your digilocker using your adhar card.
Indian candidates can get admission into DAIICT through GUJCET as well as JEE Mains and also through ACPC Merit List. NRI or foreign are also eligible for DAIICT.
ACPC merit list is made considering 60% of your 12th standard board result and 40% GUJCET result.
