On such marks and category you have no chance to get government seat for BAMS in any of the medical colleges even private colleges are hard to get under state quota counselling of Gujarat. So I would recommend you to either you can try for direct admission provided

CoEP or College of engineering Pune is autonomous institute run under the Government of Maharashtra. At CoEP admissions  for B.tech aspirants is through MHT-CET, scores of which are mandatory.

For Mtech GATE scores along with Bachelors degree in engineering and technology is required.

To be eligible to get admission you need to qualify in NEET by scoring the minimum cut off marks. Each year the cut off marks varies, in 2020 the cut off marks for OBC was 113-146 marks. So candidates belonging to OBC category need to score in between 113-146
