509 is pretty good score, but for government college you must score between 550 to 600 marks.

However you can try in government colleges in Delhi and also near Delhi. It also depends upon NEET 2020 cut off. Cut off depends upon no of students appeared and qualified,

Last year, the cut off for general category in 85% state quota in Gujrat state was around 410 marks and this year , the cut off will increase greatly due to easy paper standard.
