regarding your query, it looks like GMERS, Gujrat is a group of semi private colleges who do not offer All India Quotas for admission.

What I mean by that is Gujrat has 85% medical seats reserved for state domicile students and 15% for All India in their Government medical

It’s difficult to tell you the exact about your admission possibilities but as per the previous year cutoff as a general category the chance seems less to get a seat in Gujarat Government Colleges. However you can try for state counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP, Etc.
