Yes , you can prepare for NEET UG examination while doing BDS and appear in neet UG examination and if you get selected you can leave BDS course but yes you will have to pay fees which could range from the fee of a year to an equivalent

EWS certificate of any state is acceptable as it has followed same guidelines through out India for issuing. So you will not get any problem regarding your EWS certificate.

YES, you should consider changing your school board from CBSE to Gujarat Board as there is only 10% seat reservation for CBSE class 12th students in Gujarat Government College of Commerce. This is important because after class 11th you should not be able to change your School Boards,
