Yes you can take admission in gujarat university for msc.The selection is based on your graduation marks of your final year.As you are a student of saurashtra university you need to get a pec(provisional eligibility certificate) which is available in gujarat university itself.After that fill the application form and upload documents.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To apply for the course, the candidate should have cleared class 10, class 12/ higher secondary Examination with English as one of the subjects. Minimum percentage of marks in class 12/ higher secondary Examination varies from institution to institution but is generally between 50% or 60%.

Students who have appeared in H.S.C. examination and are awaiting results are eligible too.

Courses offered are in the streams of Humanities & Social Sciences; Law; IT & Software; Business & Management Studies; Science; Animation; Mass Communication & Media; Medicine & Health Sciences; Nursing; Arts (Fine/ Visual/ Performing); Architecture & Planning; Teaching & Education; and Banking, Finance & Insurance.

Gujarat University offers many degrees at undergraduate level. The basic eligibility to these courses is having passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board. Yes you can take admission in Gujarat University after completing your graduation from microbiology in sarsar Patel University, you should have an aggregate of 60% and  an entrance exam is conducted for admissions, so good luck
