The Guru Ghasidas University is a public university in Bilaspur. The University is accredited by the NAAC and approved by UGC. The university offers 36 degrees in 17 streams and 80 courses.

The Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Honours in Physics is a full-time three-year undergraduate degree course offered by the Department of Pure & Applied Physics at the Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur. For getting admission in this course, candidate must have passed with the Minimum 50% aggregate at 10+2 level with Maths from any recognized Board or equivalent and Max. age limit is 22 years.

The candidate needs to appear for VET Entrance Exam and obtain a valid score.

It totally depends on you to choose which course you want. Because what matters here is the interest you show but not the college you join. As both the colleges you have mentioned above are good and when it comes to placements, is you are good enough on your respective subject, you will definitely get a job.

You need to be thorough with your basics of 11th and 12th. If your concepts are strong enough, no entrance exam is tougher to crack. And GGU exam isn't at par with other tough exams like JEE, NEET, etc and there isn't that high level competition there as well. But still you definitely will have some kind of competition for students fighting for a seat. So prepare well, stay focused and study properly and finish all your chapters of 11 & 12.
