Last year no. of candidates appeared for exam was around 5500 offline mode. we can't predict cutoff but cutoff are always approx same as last year or may little high because no. of students increases every year.

Your rank is good and state rank is way too fine. You may get a good college in your state only if you want. You can go for all india counselling and see what all colleges are there for you. Don't worry much. Wait for counselling to begjn and see what happens. Hope for the best.

There is 85% reservation for candidates who are domiciles of Delhi in IPU. Also since it is the first year for GGSIPU and affiliated colleges to give admission on the basis of CLAT results, there can be slight variations in the expectations.
