You have heard right about the fees for BTech CSE .
Fees is around 140000 to 160000 approx .It is not only for commerce but also for B.Tech. Placements are around 80 to 85 percent every year so you will have to face less difficulties in aspect of placement.
Gcet is also a good option but you should go for SIT in case you are worried about placements and if you have some financial issues then Gcet would be cheaper for you.

The highest package is Rs.6 lakhs per annum and the average package was Rs. 3 lakhs per annum. Companies like E&Y, amazon, HDFC, HCL Technologies, No Paper Form, Jaro Group, BYJU’s etc. The placement cell also assists the students with internships.
GLBIM BBA costs around Rs.3 lakhs totally. The college provides Hostel, Sports Complex, Cafeteria, Gym, Wi-Fi Campus, Shuttle Service, Convenience Store,etc. TCS, Byjus, HCL, wipro, flipkart, PNB Metlife, etc hire students from here. The highest package offered is Rs.10 lakhs per annum and the average package is Rs.4.5 lakhs per annum. The college supports students with internships.
JEMTEC BBA costs around Rs.2 lakhs totally for three years. The provide students with, Library, Hostel,Shuttle Service, Cafeteria, Hospital / Medical Facilities, etc,. The students are placed in companies like Extramarks Education India Pvt. Ltd., Capgemini, TCS , Hindustan Times Media Pvt Ltd , Paytm , Amazon India ,IBM India Pvt Ltd , etc. The highest package offered is Rs.7 lakhs and the average package offered is Rs.3 lakhs.
BBA at G.L Bajaj might be a good option because of the internships, placements and average package offered .

In IPU Counselling, if you are allotted any Seat in the 1st Round itself, then you have either option to take admission in the college or else you can leave that seat and apply for the 2nd Round.
If you get any other college in Round 2, then you cannot go back to your 1st Round allotted college since that Seat will be allotted to someone else because you moved to 2nd Round. You may get better option than 1st Round so, need not to worry about that.
If you don't get a Seat in 1st Round then you will be automatically be eligible for further rounds until you get any Seat. If you want to move to next rounds, then do not lock your seat else you become ineligible for further rounds of counselling.

Hope you are doing well ! Everyone can have their own view on this topic . But i would like to go with second one . Ipu ece - akhilesh Gupta . It is a good college , and you can learn a lot from this college. Placements: Almost 75% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 25 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 5 LPA..
If you are getting it then don't let this opportunity go , take it .
