and eligibility criteria regarding this is passed bachelor's or master's degree in science/social science/commerce/humanities securing 50% aggregate, those who have completed BTech with specialization in mathematics and science securing 55% aggregate are eligible to apply,

in order to appear for NEET candidates need to be 17 years old as on 31st December of the appearing year, passed or appearing 10+2 from a recognized board with physics, chemistry, biology and english as core subjects, secured PCB aggregate of 50% for UR inclusive of theory and practical, for SC/ST/OBC it's 40% and for PwD it's 45%, as of now there is no upper age limit, hence no restrictions in terms of number of attempts.

You have not mention the name of the college you are interested for taking admission in BSC nursing course. It is in Goa Maharashtra then the name of the colleges I any Goa that will Institute of nursing education Goa which is a government conducting college for the education of B.sc nursing. Colleges affiliated to Goa University and approved by Nursing Council of India.
To take admission in this college in BSC nursing candidate has to secured atleast 45% marks in 12 th class with PCB group an English as one subject in the course. Entrance test specified by the INE, Goa. The entrance test for BSC nursing are: JIPMER, SAAT,AUAT,AIIMS. BSc nursing is a 4 years course for every year this college fees is fixed to 20000.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, no you don't need to fill or submit B.V.P ( Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering ) I.P.U form separately as it is already affiliated with G.G.S.I.P.U (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University ) and if filled form of G.G.S.I.P.U you will easily get admissions in B.V.P as there is centralized admission process and there is no requirement of filling form of colleges separately.

As per the eligibility criteria specified in IPU Admission 2022-23 Brochure the eligibility criteria to get admission to B.Tech Biotechnology is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with minimum aggregate of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology/Biotechnology, The candidate must have passed in each subject separately. Candidate must additionally have passed English as a subject of study (core/ elective/ functional) in the qualifying examination that is 10+2 level. The admission is based on merit in IPU CET. If you haven't studied Mathematics along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology then you are not eligible to apply for IPUCET to get admission.
