Yes, in IPU counselling the academic fees of 40000 rupees is refundable after deducting some amount of money. You can only get these fees refunded if you have not frozen this seat you were allotted to and if you have have not withdrawn the seat you will not get

You can capture picture of 11th and 12th marksheet and then convert them in pdf format and try to compress the file according to requirement.

Yes you have to write "CANCELLED" On a cheque and then upload it's photo(compressed form according to requirement)

Your counselling fees will not be refunded. You can get your 40,000 fees refunded only if you have not frozen the seat you've been alloted. In case you've not withdrawn the seat, your money won't be refunded.
