Hey,
Based on previous year data, with 603 marks you may get a rank between 19277-24026. You can also predict your rank using NEET Rank Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_rp
Last year the cut off for general category under IP quota was a rank of 4437. And the cut off for general category under DU quota was a rank of around 6329. So based on this, it is difficult for you to get a medical seat under IP or DU quota. But, it is important to note that the above predictions are based on previous year data. Nothing confirmed can be said until you get your NEET result. Cut offs and ranks vary every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, the performance of the students, and the number of seats available.
You can get a idea about the colleges you can get by using NEET College Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp
