Both the colleges are good in terms of academics, placements, and infrastructure. I suggest you to go with college in your budget. Because you will learn same thing at both place. And can choose best for yourself. There is equal opportunity in both college. Go with the one that fits you in all perspectives.

I hope you are doing well, Well out of 400 marks she just scored 69 marks so it would be quite difficult for her to get admission in IPU. But you can go and try to get admission and should go for the counselling because nobody knows what could happen.

I would say she can do BCA from any college and side by side should prepare for NIMCET and go for MCA.

See if you have submitted for correction then you must have a receipt of application for the changes you wish to make. So if there is any problem then you can show that and its expected that you didn't have to face any problem. If you don't have receipt for correct or any documents, then you can get a signature on a application from the prinicipal or the school authority. This will also help to avoid any problem (if occurs).
