If you belong to general category, then unfortunately you can't get cse at any of the above mentioned colleges.

Not only cse but also getting a seat is difficult too.

With your percentile you can try at some other  colleges like:-

IPU reopens the forms after announcement of the results. You’ll be able to edit/make another registration then as well. So kindly do not panic.

In this time please research about the available colleges and their fee structure (IPU has both subsidised and non-subsidised seats). It is a wonderful university

Both the colleges are good in terms of academics, placements, and infrastructure. I suggest you to go with college in your budget. Because you will learn same thing at both place. And can choose best for yourself. There is equal opportunity in both college. Go with the one that fits
