Can a student apply in gndu Amritsar for second counselling if he /she had not applied till 13 june

Hi Vatsal,
You can attend counselling only if you have registered online till the date specified by the university.
If you have registered online before the end date for the specified course ,then you can attend second counselling.
If you haven't registered online ,you can't attend the counselling. It is better to visit GNDU and reach the concerned department and find out if there is some procedure of admission without online registration.

Hello Brar,
Guru Nanak Dev University is better option. The placement provided by the college is pretty good. Many multinational companies use to visit the campus to recruit students. The infrastructure is also good with parks and gardens. The teaching methodology of the teachers is good and the environment of the college is also quite well.

Is bsc hons chemistry available in gndu???

Yes my friend, B. Sc. Hons Chemistry is available in Guru Nanak Dev University. It is a 3 year course which will run semester wise. Eligibility for admission is that you must have at leat 50% score in class 12 or any other equivalent exam. Admission will be based on merit of the candidate in the Entrance exam to be conducted by the university.

As per your question you rank in jee mains is 179915 which is too high to get the college.
You may get my point more clearly after knowing last year's cutoff required fir GNDU amritsar.

Cut off and opening rank changes every year. Cut off depends on the following factor:

*Total number of registrations

*Difficulty level of exam

*Candidates performance in the test

*Total number of seats available

*Cutoff trends of previous years

*Category of the candidate

Anyone having a rank below 1,50,000 in JEE Mains 2018 was eligible for admission in Guru Nanak Dev University.

So, looking this scenario your chances to get GNDU Amritsar is almost negligible.
