Punjab university is better than GNDU.
You also know GNDEC is better then GNDU.
So you can take admission in Punjab university. You should also see education quality and social life.

First of all see your eligibility for admission in GNDU, which is minimum 50% marks in 12th in PCM subjects.
Then GNDU allow admiaadmis on the basis of JEE mains result for B.tech and NATA result for B.Arch
