Karam Vir 11th Jan, 2021

Hi,

Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), Amritsar has not announced the admission dates yet for the 2021 courses. The dates are generally released in the month of July and August every year. As due to COVID 19, the board exams of Central and many state boards are postponed, a delay can be seen in the release of Application form for the GNDU admission 2021.

The authorities will clear the admission dates and will issue the notice for the same.

can we drop out of integrated msc course with just Bsc certificate in gndu

Modassir Afzal 29th Oct, 2020

Hello Pardeep

No. The degree is a dual one and you can NEVER get a single one if you drop. This is clearly stated in the university curriculum. This is why lateral entry is not allowed in integrated courses and you cannot drop out in middle once you have joined you have to complete it to get the degrees you cannot just bail out and ask for a single degree. You can even enquire in your university for more details.

Hope this helps you

Shreya sharma 14th Oct, 2020

Hello sidhant,

Hope you're doing well.

MBA pr master of business administration is a two year full time postgraduate level degree programme offered by Guru nanak dev university.

Fees for this programme is around 1.15 Lakhs per annum.

Total number of seats available is 60.

Finance, human resources, marketing management, general management, financial management are the specializations offered to the students.

The infrastructure and other facilities are pretty decent here. Hostels are clean and neat. Food is also good. So, infrastructure wise, it's quite good.

Practical learning is taken care of. Students are exposed to industry related work making them more efficient. Faculty members make sure that this happens. They all are highly qualified and focussed on the curriculum.

Internships are provided by the college itself to the students in the MBA program. Regarding the placements, 14 LPA was the highest package offered and 2.5 LPA was the lowest.

1) Punjabi University, patiala 2)GNEC, ludhiana 3)GNDU, Amritsar pls tell which should i choose for CSE? also pls give preference to all the three.

Nikhitha Sai 16th Sep, 2020
Hello student. All the three universities are really good universities. But when it comes to placements and other opportunities, I would give GNDU -Guru nanak dev university in amritsar is the best one out of three.

Here are the factors you can consider:

Infrastructure and college life:

It has a wonderful infrastructure with well equipped labs and classrooms. Hostels are pretty decent and nice enviroment is always maintained. You can see that the campus life is going to be really well. College life is good with the right kind of atmosphere given to the students who come from different places.

F aculty and quality of education:

All the faculties are well qualified and experienced over here. And education, curriculum is made in such a way that students are made to acquire more hands on knowledge than just the theory. It is not just the books and classes. Focuses more on practical knowledge than the therotical one. Education quality and the way guidance is given is really good.

Placements:

Placements are really good as many good companies visit this college. Most of the students gets placed and opportunities of internship is provided to the students from wide range of companies.

According to our website, it is very good rated one.

When it comes to the order of preference. Here it is

1. guru nanak dev university, in amritsar

2. GNEC in ludhiana

3. Punjab university
