You cannot do Gynaecology after a bhms degree . The eligibility criteria for pursuing a gynaecology degree is the candidate must possess a valid MBBS degree. It is a two year duration course and the student needs 50% in MBBS or BAMS.

There is no surgery in Ayurveda as well as Ayurveda practitioners can't do surgeries. But if you pursue MS in gynaecology, then only you may perform surgery.
With only BAMS degree, you can't do surgery. As per your query, if you opt for MS in gynaecology specifically, then you will be doing surgeries including c-section as well.

The eligibility criteria for masters course in gynecology candidates:
1. Have to complete mbbs course from a recognized university,for abroad university candidates
2. Must have the degree course related with post graduate stream.
3. Ppharma d graduates may apply for ms or phd course on streams like public health , Biotechnology, Bioinformatics , Bio statistics and Inorganic chemistry.

No there is no Gynaecology in BMAS but After successful completion of a BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) , you can opt for an MD ( Doctor of Medicine ) Ayurveda with specialisation in Prasuti Tantra . It is related to gynaecology . You may also read a career as a Doctor .

In district hospital Karimnagar, there is no facility for dnb in gyanecology. Medicine, md, ms and dnb in medicine.
As there is no possibility for gynaecology so it's better to say about the other fields.
