Due to increased oxygen pressure in the capillaries blood picks up oxygen when passes through the lungs. An increase in the oxygen concentration in blood leads to formation of more oxyhaemoglobin formation. it releases oxygen is the tissues which has lower oxygen concentration.

Immature Nucleated Erythrocytes without haemoglobin is a common disese which rises in an anaemic patient who is suffering from anaemia means shortage of blood.
Shortage blood is caused due to lack of iron compounds in our body. Therefore due to deficiency of Iron compounds immature Nucleated Erythrocytes without haemoglobins occurs in the body of an anaemic patient.
