The sign of the invigilator on the MHTCET hall ticket is not very important for admissions, but, it proves that you have given your examination under standard exam conditions under invigilation. You may have to show the sign in case of any discrepancy or if asked for. However, dont worry much, it hardly matters mostly.

A candidate's hall ticket is required in order to appear for an examination. You have not mentioned the name of the institution or body which you are referring to in your question. You will have to mention whose hall ticket number you are asking for. The name of the institution is required to answer your question. For example, if it's an exam hall ticket of AP EAPCET/  CGPET/ NIOS/ IGNOU/ etc. you will have to specify the name. Don't panic. Even if your aadhaar card doesnt have you full name, you are allowed to appear for MHTCET. Aadhaar card is only checked during entering the center just to confirm the identity of the person. So, if the aadhaar card contains a valid photo of yours, then you are eligible to appear. Moreover, you may also bring any other validation certification such as drivers licence or passport to confirm your identity.

You need to send an Email with your details such as your name, payment ID, hall ticket number and date of birth. The helpdesk may retrieve your registration ID. For future reference kindly note it somewhere safe.

It should not be a major problem during the verification process in neet counselling as the authorities mainly verify your 12th marksheet. However in order to avoid any type of inconvenience you are advised to carry a self attested affidavit claiming that a correction was made to the date of birth in the mark sheets and it is completely  in your acknowledgement. Also you must carry the supporting documents for the same.

In most cases the verification officer will accept the request and no problems will occur. Howeveryou must confirm it once to the officials of national testing agency by sending a email to the email I'd provided by them.

see generally the names spelling are checked with id proof so you may face issue for not having the same spelling. you may take another ID proof with you if its applicable for mhtcet , which has correct name spelling as per your application. you can take voter id/ passport/ pan card/ driving license which has correct name spelling.

As you have mentioned in your query, about how to get our Hall ticket as you have lost your old one. If you show the  payment id and registration number at the me-seva or any net centre..you can easily get a new Hall ticket . So, that wouldn't be a big problem, and so there is need to bother much.

If you want to get SSC hall ticket no. you need to visit ssc.nic.in select your region click on admit card of the respective year .Give your fathers name and date of birth in the following column which will appear later. Download it.
