Candidates with valid GATE score are given first preference for admission to all M.E. / M.Tech / M.Arch courses. Such candidates need not appear for PGCET-2020. However, they have to apply through online for admission. When GATE qualified candidates are not available, seat allotment will be made to non-GATE candidates based on the merit list of PGCET-2020. however you must contact with exam control authority for clarification of the issue,

As you have mentioned your issue I must say this often occurs with many people. But as you said that you are unable to download your hall ticket well then you should fill it once again. Do not worry about the previous payment often it takes time to process and if it has been deducted by chance then they would refund it.

The rank will be issued in phase 2 results. Till date there no latest information regarding phase 2 results. Currently phase 1 counselling is going on. After the completion of that, phase 2 results will be released and concurrently counselling dates will also be announced. Stay tuned for more information regarding phase 2 results and counselling at their official website.

Once again check your hallticket number whether you might be mistaken by the print which might not clear. If not then please do visit your nearest helpline center which is organized by the government.Take all the necessary documents like your application id, hallticket xerox if possible to the helpline center and they may rectify it if possible.
