it is very hard to say that  they will allow you or not , it's totally depend on authority. As per rules they should not allow you but after going their if you convience them and if you have proof then i think they will allow you to sit.

Dont get Panic.You can go to the email you had registered. Check your email for the neet registration mail. There u will find the application number along with the password. click on forgot registration number on the NTA NEET website and follow the instructions.
