Yes, you can take 12th admit card as Id Proof, along with this you need to carry NEET admit card with self declaration(undertaking) duly filled in A4 paper with  photo affixed  and unsmudged left thumb impression(signature to be done only in the presence of the invigilator), mask, gloves, a a personal sanitizer of 50 ml, personal transparent water bottle,additional photograph same as uploaded on the application form to be  pasted on the attendance sheet. The TS EAMCET 2020 application form correction facility for registered candidates was earlier over on June 16. Using the facility of TS EAMCET application form correction, candidates were able to make changes in the details that are mentioned in the application. Students were able to use the facility of TS EAMCET application form correction 2020 within the specified dates.If dates crossed, some details that can’t be modified using this facility. To change such details, candidates had to send an email to TS EAMCET authorities requesting for the same.

it is very hard to say that  they will allow you or not , it's totally depend on authority. As per rules they should not allow you but after going their if you convience them and if you have proof then i think they will allow you to sit.

Don't worry for this small issue because your application number is with you and you have to search for it a little. Just open your mail box of that e-mail address which you gave at the time of registration and you might have received a mail after registering successfully for TS EAMCET 2020, in that mail your application number is mentioned. If you don't found it in your inbox then don't forget to check the spam folder or your SMS inbox.

Dont get Panic.You can go to the email you had registered. Check your email for the neet registration mail. There u will find the application number along with the password. click on forgot registration number on the NTA NEET website and follow the instructions.

Or click on forgot password then you will get a mail regarding reset password to ur registered mail,There you can create new password
