Looking at the previous years closing ranks for MNIT Allahabad i can certainly say that you will not get any seat in any branch for the above mentioned rank.

Now , let's talk about HBTI kanpur . It also accepts JEE rank but it conducts its own counselling.

as per your score it is really difficult to get hbti kanpur, as you rank is quite higher, even for your sub category.

last year the greatest closing rank was for food technology (54k+)and oil technology (56k+)in hbti,

HBTU formerly known as HBTI is now an Autonomous Institute and an University.

Previously HBTU gives admission in its B.Tech courses through UPTU but from the term 2017-18, admissions are done through JOSSA counselling.

But this year university starts to conduct it's own counselling process , for B.Tech

HBTI, as you will get better exposure and competitive environment than IET. As HBTI is now HBTU so you will get the degree from HBTU instead of ATKU. It has produced quality engineers and has a wide alumini base holding higher position in top government organisations.

It would be difficult to tell you the exact about the admission possibilities. HBTU Kanpur will conduct separate counseling for B.Tech. admissions on the basis of JEE (Mains) 2019 merit. However you can check the previous year Opening & closing rank of HBTU with the given below link.

Sorry to say but hbti kanpur does not take admission on basis of upsee ranks anymore . They have changed their policies and now they take admission on basis of jee ranks.
