As you got 80 percentile, your rank may be around 200k.

It is impossible to get admission for you through JEE Main.

The another admission criteria for HBTI is through UPSEE.

If you have attempt it, check through that also.

It is difficult for you through JEE Main...

HBTU Kanpur will conduct separate counseling for B.Tech. admissions on the basis of JEE Main merit. It is difficult to tell you the exact about the admission possibilities for 2019 now however you can check the previous year Opening & closing rank branches wise with the given below link to take an idea for admission there.

Yes ,you can get HBTI as per your rank.

Now as your General rank is 57941 and your OBC rank is 15321 , 

According to the previous year cutoff , the branches you can get at HBTI are :

Food Technology 

Leather Technology

Plastic Technology

Bio-chemical Engineering

You might have to wait till the last round to get these but the probability is you`ll get them.

If somehow you go to spot round too , you might also have a chance to get Oil Technology and Paint Technology.

To apply for any B.tech program in HBTI, applicants must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board. Students will be selected on the basis of their performance in JEE Main or UPSEE.Shortlisted students will be called for counselling and document verification process. The university conducts it's own counselling procedure which includes:-

1.Registration

2.Fee Payment

3.Choice Filling

4.Seat Allotment

5.Document Verification

All UP domicile candidates are eligible to apply.
