How can admit in Harvard university for mbbs program?

Aakash Chowdhary 31st Oct, 2017

It's called an M.D. there, and not M.B.B.S.
One has to attend a regular college before applying for M.D. in the United States, unlike India, where you can sit for an entrance right after high school. Harvard takes into consideration your MCAT scores, performance during college, and application.

I havent taken my SAT yet. Can I take SAT in November and apply for the colleges by their regular decision deadline for fall ie. January?

Shivani Bhatt 1st Nov, 2017
Hi Nikhil, For a number of US universities, UG Fall session (August- December), admission close by November/December previous year, some others accept applications till late March. Ideally, the students should have their SAT results by application time. Nikhil, It takes about a month for the results to be declared and scores to be sent. Considering the fact that you may not require retaking the test, an October test result will be declared early November. A late October-early November exam would be good to apply for a fall deadline. is it easy to get admission in Oxford university or harvard etc..for B.Sc -Maths or B.Tech-Cse

Shivani Bhatt 1st Nov, 2017

Dear Sourav, Both Oxford and Harvard are one of the top universities in the world. The admission process is for both happens to be very competitive. Oxford receives approximately 19,000 applications for 3250 seats each year. The entry requirements for Indian students apart from others are: Year XII qualification, studied with either the CBSE or ISC examination boards, with an achievement of 90% in each of the five subjects studied. Science subjects may also require that candidates take the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) entrance examinations as a pre-condition for entry. Harvard requires a Mandatory SAT/ ACT score for admission to undergraduate programs. YOU will have to apply through the Common Application, Universal College Application, or Coalition Application. The admission process is very competitive. Summing it up, if you are good in your studies, extracurriculars, application essays, its easy at both places and if you are not...it would be tough. What I would suggest you is that you decide between CSE and Maths first.

All the best!

Is it easy to get admission into Oxford university, harvard University,

Shivani Bhatt 26th Sep, 2017
hi,

'Easy' depends on what your profile has been. Top universities like Harvard and Oxford look for motivated students who have been performing well in their previous degrees also.
They also look for students who have good extracurriculars.
For undergraduate admissions, Harvard accepts SAT scores. You should have very good scores to be accepted by Harvard.
Along with the SAT, your application will have a number of questions which will help them evaluate you on a number of areas. These count too.
Finally, what your referees say about you will also be taken into consideration.
Do revert for more information.
All the best.
