Under this scheme, graduate engineers are recruited by the operators and given extensive theoretical and practical training both in basic and specific subjects relating to the aircraft type

For any BAMS college in country you have to appear in NEET , but it is nothing to worry about.

Prepare for NEET, apply, appear.

The cut off marks are low for BAMS, so, just a slight effort would make it.
