This year OBC category qualified marks is 146 to 113. So the minimum number is 113 for qualifying. But if you get a government medical college in state quota you should have score above 500. Because this year cut-off marks is higher than previous year. So you can get

No, JEE Mains will not accept Category Certificates from State. Such certificates are only used in State counselling. For JEE Mains, you need a central category certificate.
