No, it is not possible to fill all the seats in first round of counselling itself. Only a certain percentage of seats will be filled in round 1. All the leftover seats after first round of counselling will be considered for round 2 and these seats will be filled

I would like to tell you that the last date for admission in Haryana Bsc nursing course was 2nd week of September. The counselling dates for the admissions are yet to be notified.
