If nothing permits you can apply for NIOS board and select whichever subject you want as per your standard. Coming to CBSE board The forms can be collected from Syndicate Bank branches throughout Delhi and Regional Offices of CBSE for other regions. Results will be out on the official website. For form the fees is 10 INR and for per subject it is 200. You can only appear for those subjects which were attempted by you previously. No practical exams are included only theory. As the last date for registration is over there is no way to pay for the exam now but the officials reopened CA Final Exam forms for May/ July. So there could be a possibility that the the officials can reopen the forms for November/ December session but there is no information regarding it form the officials yet. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. I suggest you to talk to the help desk you will find the contact details in the official website. CA December 2021 exams will be conducted from December 5-19, 2021. The correction window is a one-time facility available free of cost for making corrections in the CA final application form.
