You have a big gap from 10th because of medical reasons. It would be better if you complete your intermediate.
After intermediate you can look for BSc or diploma as per your career option. Then you can go for job.

As per the eligibility criteria, VIT does not need JEE marks. So they might be needing it for general information so kindly fill dash in that soace or choose a option that you haven't appeared for the exam if the option is available. You need to qualify your 10_2 boards
