Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 14th Jun, 2020

hi,

see generally private college fees are bit high compare to government college, and in some tier 2 and tier 3 colleges lacks in experienced faculty, poor infrastructure and number of students is less, so you need to gather information about college before taking admission,

some of the best bba college in chandigarh is,

UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF BUSINESS, CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY - [USB], CHANDIGARH

GOSWAMI GANESH DUTT SANATAN DHARAMA COLLEGE - [GGDSD], CHANDIGARH

MEHR CHAND MAHAJAN DAYANAND ANGLO VEDIC COLLEGE FOR WOMEN - [MCM DAV], CHANDIGARH

GOVERNMENT COLLEGE OF COMMERCE AND BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, CHANDIGARH

I want to take law as my future profession. And after undergraduate I want to pursue my higher education in law out of India. so how to apply for this.

Akram Khan 28th Apr, 2020

Hi,

In india there are two types of undergraduate law courses -

Llb - a three years law course after undergraduate degree course from any stream.

Integrated llb - five years undergraduate + llb course like ballb , bba llb, bsc llb etc.

So if you do integrated llb course in india you can do master course in law at abroad. If you do undergraduate in india you can do llb and further studies at abroad. The admission procedure for applying to abroad colleges depend on the country and institution where you want to take admission. Here is an article with list of some law colleges in abroad with their admission procedure. Though it is an article of 2015 but it will help you to understand the application procedure - https://studyabroad.careers360.com/articles/top-law-colleges-abroad

Hope this helps.

After LLB what kind of study we can do? Or Can we go to abroad for higher education on law?

manisha.gupta 3rd Mar, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

It depends on your interest. If you wish to go for abroad for higher education in Law,  Law study vary from country to country, based on the nature of governance and constitution.

Admissions to the law programs in US, Canada and Australia are mainly done through a centralized not-for-profit organization, the Law School Admission Council (LSAC). Law School Admission Test (LSAT) is conducted at 750 centres around the world and accepted by more than around 200 law schools for admission to various law programs.

In India, After having three years law programme There are many options you can opt:

You can apply for AIBE exam to practice legal profession in India. Or You can apply for Indian judicial Services Exam (IJS) exam to become a Judge. If you are interested to be a professor then you can go for LLM after that PHD.

Good Luck!

Hello,

If you choose to slide your seat which is alloted to you in the first round you can participate in the subsequent round which implies you will be alloted a seat in an academic course of better or higher preference within the same institute and you will accept it.

It depends on choice of your preferences and vacancies available. If there are vacant seat available in the preferred courses then you will get a seat if you choose sliding in round 1 seat allotment.
