There are no chances of getting seat with 51 overall marks for 200 marks.

Yet you can try to go to the councelling because the hpcet 2019 which have to be conducted on June 8th has been cancelled and students have been called for direct councelling.

There may be chances you can get the seat regarding same marks but not sure what department they may place you

Cutoff for B.Tech confirmation through Hpcet 2019 is 20% for General Category and 15% in Reserved class. This implies you need atleast 15% of 300 (absolute checks in hpcet) which is 45. So with 51 score in HPcet you are qualifed in the exam and are eligible for applying admission in government college. based on college hpcet marks cutoff and sc category seats available and cutoff you can get suitable college.

According to past few year trends your rank is expected to be around 2500 - 5000.

Though nothing can be said surely. Moreover cut off depends upon many factors such as no. of candidates appeared and passed, difficulty. Cut off may also be sectional wise.
