The cutoff marks change every year. It's depends upon number of students that appeared in examination, number of seats available in colleges, difficulties of question paper, reservation catagory, previous years cutoff trends, etc.
So as per last year of cutoff, For taking mbbs seat in government medical college of Himachal pradesh, you required at least 550 to 570 plus marks in neet if you belong to OBC catagory. And for BAMS course you required at least 430 to 470 Marks in neet.

You can as long as you either fulfill the domicile criteria of the respective state or have done 11th 12th studies from the other state. You can apply for private medical institutes throughout the country as the seats are open for all but the fee ranges from 10-20 lakhs per annum.

Maharishi Markandeshwar Private Medical College, Kumarhatti, Solan is a Private Medical College of HP.it has 150 state quota seats. For MBBS, neet ug, the cut off was 131 for general category in 2018.The fees for the program is around 70.1 Lakh. The total program length is 4 years and 6 months.

If the student has scored good marks in NEET. Then, the student of Maharashtra is eligible for BAMS in Himachal Pradesh. You must have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent from a State Government recognized education board.

According to Rajasthan State NEET-PG Counselling, Eligibility Criteria for Degree Seats:
50% of the total seats in Government colleges as well as 50% of the total seats in Private Colleges, the NEET qualified candidates who possess the degree of MBBS/BDS from the colleges situated in the State of Rajasthan and all medical officers/medical teachers serving under Government of Rajasthan are eligible to participate, but on 25% seats out of these seats in Govt. colleges, preference shall be given to the candidates who possess the degree of MBBS/BDS from the University of Rajasthan/Rajasthan University of Health Sciences.
According to Himachal Pradesh State NEET-PG Counselling, following candidates are eligible for Admission:
The graduates of Medical Colleges of Himachal Pradesh (Indira Gandhi Govt. Medical College, Shimla and Dr. R.P. Govt. Medical College, Kangra at Tanda).
Bonafide Himachalies who have done MBBS from any institute recognized by MCI.

Khyati, you haven't mentioned your Category. This is important because if you belong to General Category, then based on 2019 NEET cut offs, you might not qualify in NEET. In 2019, the cut offs for NEET have been 107-133 for OBC,SC,ST and 134-701 for General Category/EWS. And because NEET is the entrance examination for admission to MBBS, BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India including Himachal Pradesh, you cannot get a seat without qualifying in NEET. Though these are 2019 cut offs and cut offs change every year, 127 might be a very less score for any course. You should consider reappearing for NEET in 2021, if you want to study BAMS/BDS.
