From your profile, I assume it to be in reference to NEET. Himachal Pradesh University (HPU), Shimla will soon conduct the counselling for HP NEET 2021 counselling in the online mode however the official dates are yet to be announced. It will be conducted for admission around 870 MBBS and 191 BDS seats in various medical and dental colleges of the state.
Following below is the complete procedure for the same:
Aspirants whose name will be enlisted in the state merit list will be called for the HP MBBS counselling 2021 process according to their merit ranks.
Candidates are required to register for HP NEET MBBS/BDS 2021 admission from the official website.
They then required to make their choices of courses and colleges according to their preferences for the seat allotment process of HP MBBS.
Based on the preferences made for the course and colleges authorities will allot the seats in HP MBBS admission 2021 .
Applicants who have been allotted seats in HP MBBS 2021 admission have to report at the allotted colleges within the stipulated dates and timings.

As the competition is very tough nowadays, the cut-off varies every year due to the number of students appearing the exam, number of students appearing for counselling, toughness level of exam, etc.
