As per the official schedule relesed by the University, the merit list for HPU LLB 2019 was to be displayed on 19th June 2019.The result of HPU 2019 depends upon the following factor like level of the question paper, cut off, etc.The merit list of the Himachal Pradesh University exam is made on the basis of the marks scored in the HPU result 2019 entrance exam and previous academic background of a candidate.

There are many reasons due to which a site goes down and we are unable to fill the form, the major reason is a massive rush on the site, which it can't sustain and it crashes and so may have happened with you.
