Yes Of course , you can choose MA in English  , if you have studied English subject in your graduation . It does not matter if yo have studied hindi Hourns in your graduations . So no need to worry about what you have already studied .

I am very sorry to inform you this sir,but once the form is submitted by the candidate , the authorities don't entertain any  kind of change/correction/modification in the form under any of the circumstances.Before submission of the application form you should have atleast once rechecked  it sir.I hope you get an another chance to appear for this examination.

see I suggest you to appear in the compartment exam and clear the supplementary subject. in some of the education board the pass certificate is provided based on best of 5 marks., however when you go for recruitment exam form filling you have to submit the 12th pass certificate and in some of the company recruitment total score of 12th marks taking all the subjects need to give. so it would cause a serious issue during the counselling.  even in some tier 3 colleges takes admission ignoring the fail subjects and taking best of five score, but it would be a serious issue at the time of placement.

however I would suggest you to participate in the counselling process in which if you eligible, however chemistry score is mandatory to take admission in most of the engineering colleges and counselling process to enroll, if your supplementary results declared before the commencement of the engineering admission counselling you may participate in the counselling process.
