First of all there's no percentage barrier to be eligible for JEE mains


But yes,

To be eligible for NITs, IIITs, GFTIs , jee advanced( for iits) one needs at least  75% marks in aggregate in class 12 if belong to general or obc category or at least  65%

HI ! Yes of course you can apply for DU College. According to DU site, eligibility is Candidates must have passed Class 12 from Science stream with at least 55% aggregate from a recognized board. So, sure you can apply for DU College with Science stream.

You have failed in one subject that means your overall status is passed. You can appear for compartment exam to clear the exam. As mentioned in the official website of Bhawanipur Education Society College, the candidate must have obtained at least 60% marks in aggregate and have passed in English

your pcm percentage percent should be at least 75 percent for admission in nit , iiit , iit . for giving jee main there is no percentage criteria . but this year a student with any percent can take admission in iit , nit , iiit .

Meanwhile both cities are very good for growth but in case of media amd journalism i would tell you to prefer mumbai above delhi.
