Yes, for admissions into Aeronautics in Hindustan University, Chennai, it is essential to qualify HITSEEE. You should also meet the following criteria:

• You should have passed 10+2 or equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry exam as prescribed by Tamil Nadu Government.

Depends on whuch cpurse uou select at Hindustan University. 

For Bsc, HITSEEE is not required and is only required for Architecture and Engineering courses.

Per year fee for B. Tech. in HU is around 2,00,00.

To be precise, 

1sr year fee 2,23,500

2nd year fee 1,97,000

3rd year fee 1,97,000

4th year fee 1,97,000

Per year hostel fee starts from 90,000 and goes up to 2,00,000 per year.
