Hello,
Things are still unclear. Though lockdown restrictions are not that strict but still there are restrictions for colleges and schools. And maybe it will be closed till 31st January 2021 because of the ongoing tension with the new strain of COVID. Also traveling by local can be risky in such times and majority of college students depend on locals for their traveling. This year exams were also conducted online and hence we have no idea until official notification comes from the university. Let us hope for the best. Thank you
Hello Aspirant,
As we know that as of now in Maharashtra cases are gradually decreasing and the circumstances are becoming favorable and the Maharashtra government has decided to keep the colleges closed till November 30th as a preventional measure and if we discuss about the latest UGC Guidelines then it clearly states that from November 1st new session should be started for first year students either in online made or offline mode whichever will be most convenient as per the situation. There is no any news regarding reopening of schools and colleges in Maharashtra. As of now online classes system has been adopted by almost all institutions.
Also note that Maharashtra government has decided to reopen the schools of class 9th-12th from November 23rd.
I hope this information cleared your doubts.
Good Luck!!
