If the cut off is decreased than last year means , if the department or teaching of that particular department is not good?

Cutoffsdecrease due to various reasons as mentioned which can be one of the factors contributing lower cutoff this year:

Increase in seats
Lesser placements
Low student performance
Exam difficulty
Increase in total student applications.
Lack of proper tecahing and reviews.

Cutiff hence cannot be jsut judged on any one particular criteria it can be combination of above.

How are the hostel for girls..may I know about facilities there

The HCET college has seperate hostels for its girl/boy students.The hostel is regularly cleaned by the workers.Seperate hostel for juniors and seniors to avoid ragging as well in the hostels.The accommodations are also good nd presents a nice ambience for students to stay.

Do placements for ECE branch are 100%?? Im really afraid of placements and what about hostel fees..? And sharing of rooms? Dress code?

First of all talking about dress code so there is no dress code for college and in 1st year you will have to share room hostel fee is not so much so don't worry about it and 100% placements doesn't mean that that all students are placed it means that students who are eligible for interview are 100% placed
