Yes, you are eligible if you meet the subject combination rules. For TGT Social Science in KVS, NVS, and EMRS, you need a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks overall and in the required subjects.
Your BA must include any two subjects from:

Scoring 27 marks out of 75 in History is considered as passed at BBMKU University.
