For pursuing BA history one should have completed class 12th from a recognised board like CBSE, ICSE etc. with a minimum of 50%. The stream does not matter.
Since you are a commerce student you can easily pursue the course provided you have scored a minimum of 50%
If you are applying for BA history then you should apply from Arts stream at 10+2 level. You must have History as one subject with 65% marks in History.
Syllabus will be based on your +2 level history course.
