You can not do MCA if you did BA from History but you can do MCA if you did B.A from economics and in BA programme you have mathematics as a subject and you should also have mathematics as subject in class 12 for being eligible to do

According to my knowledge BA Economics fares better than BCom.
A student with BA Economics stands a higher chance to get hired for the same job than a BCom .
BA Economics is more focussed and specialised course, unlike BCom which is a general accounting course.
