There is no fixed syllabus. I would suggest you prepare as per previous years question papers. Majority of the questions come from English i.e. Grammar and writing section. There will be some questions from Abbreviations, Books and Author, General knowledge questions from cluster 1 countries.

Delhi University, Jawaharlal Nehru University has not been released yet. However, Jaipur Nation University has released the forms.
