the university will decide the minimum qualifying marks to be scored in the entrance exam. The university will set the cut off marks for different courses or different categories. For each course, the cut off will be published separately. each year cutoff differs depending upon the cadidates overall

You can go for Masters In History from reputable university or go for job opportunities available as many of University shall ask for minimum 50%aggregate marks in graduation.
