Its totally depend and differ from college to college. Generally university conducts entrance exam which is objective but some university also conduct subjective based entrance exam.

Yes JNU Entrance examination can be attempted in Hindi as its official language of India as per Government and is alsp allpwed by democratic institute like JNU. 

However you need to cross verify details with college authorities and cobfirm the same for this year. 

BA Hons In History is unfortunately not offeredby jNU.

It is not necessary. You can do BA LLB even if you had other subjects in +2. Though, having these subjects would be helpful for the course, others can also manage very well.
