A majority of universities have mentioned that, they need to pass in Physics, Chemistry/ Computer Science, Mathematics and the selection will be made on the basis of marks in the aggregate of 3 Science subjects mentioned, for a BSc in Physical science or applied science and for the best of four, you can keep Home Science as the fourth subject.

For getting admission in the course BSc (pass) Home Science, the basic eligibility criteria is -
Student must have passed senior school certificate examination that is 10+2 from recognized institution.
English is a compulsory subject. The three papers are from Science, Home Science, Commerce or Social Science streams.
For the purpose of merit preparation, one language (English) and three subjects (core/elective) from the stream mentioned above are taken into consideration for determining the eligibility.

M.Sc in home science nutrition and dietetics is a two year postgraduate level degree programme offered by many universities.
The eligibility criteria says " the candidate must secure at least 50 percent aggregate in graduation in relevant discipline from a recognized university ". So, since you studied nutrition and physiotherapy, it is kind of relevant to the same.
The average fees for this programme is 20,000 to 4,00,000 INR, depending on the colleges.
The average package after this masters degree is between 2 to 12 lakhs per annum.
