Marks division of each group of Home Science practical Examination are for group A-4marks, for group B-4marks, for group c-4 marks, practical work marks-4 marks ,viva-voice -4 marks. Since you have taken Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your core subjects in 11th and you will continue with these subjects in 12th, you are eligible to take medical entrance examinations like NEET. Since the subject combination of PCB is required for medical entrance examinations, so you will definitely be able to register and appear for medical entrance examinations. Along with these subjects, English should also be a core subject of students.

Other eligibility factors are stated below:

• Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31 on the year of the examination.
• The percentage necessary in class 12 for the NEET 2022 test is different for each category and may be seen below. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 are solely taken into account for PCB subjects.

As per the University of Delhi, Du don't offers the course of MSc Food Technology instead it offers the course of MSc Food & Nutrition for which the eligible courses are provided below:

B.Sc. (Hons.) in Home Science / B.Sc. (Pass) in Home Science / B.Sc (Hons.) in Food Technology: after (10+2)/ PGDDPHN (1 yr), from Delhi University or any other University whose Examination is recognized by the University of Delhi as equivalent and fulfill other conditions of eligibility. Should have passed Nutritional Biochemistry and any two subjects in the following areas: Food & Nutrition / Nutrition through the life cycle / Public Nutrition / Food Science and Processing / Diet therapy / Microbiology/ Nutrition for Adults and Elderly/ Nutrition for Children and Adolescents.

The eligibility marks for the MSc Food & Nutrition is provided below:

55% or above marks in aggregate in Home Science or Food Technology or equivalent grade points.

So yeah! You are eligible for the MSc Food & Nutrition course.

Nope! For the GATE examination the 3 year or 4 years BSc Students are eligible to sit for the examination. Essentially after the BSc, GATE don't offer that much of a opportunity. I would recommend you to go for the other university entrances and complete your MSc and then you can apply (after MSc or during MSc as the GATE score is valid for 2 years) through GATE for PhD and other studies.
