Yes dear you can get government college in horticulture or agriculture department. Because your rank is good and you have a category. So you can get easily a government college. But which college you will get it quite difficult to predict.

Based on previous year cut off, you have tough chances of getting B.Sc. Agriculture, B.Sc. Community Science, B.Sc. Horticulture and B.Sc. Forestry in government colleges through ICAR. Last year the cut off for OBC category was an all India rank of around 6000-7000.
