For admissions in  IHM,Delhi,Pusa the cut off in the 2017the opening rank was 1 and the closing rank was 428. Considering this you seem to have less chances for this institute.

But you do have a great chance for other IHMs. Hope for the best!

Both the IHM are good but if we compare Bangalore and Chennai IHM, Bangalore IHM is better than Chennai in placement and infrastructure.

IHM Bangalore is good.
