It is always recommended to pay the registration when you are clear about your choice. You can pay the registration both efore and after the counselling but the pre requisite is that you should be pretty much clear which can be after counselling as well.

Sir I am unable to attend the first round of counseling due to lack of knowledge of online system .Igot seat in Simla I want my seat in IHM Chandigarh .Can I ligible in second round in IHM Chandigarh

In my opinion I would suggest you to first go and visit both the institute.

• IHM offers a hotel management degree, and for entering IHM you will have to appear for JEE exam.

On other hand.

• IIHM , it give a diploma of hotel management, hotel management degree from bhartiyar

You can wIt if you did not want that seat in that particular college   dont freeze the seat of you do. Then you eill be out of the counseling session and the seat will be alloted to you. So do it carefully. All the best have a great future ahead. 

Sothe fees structure is around 1 lakh for bhmct.  Tou have to pay 40000 at the time of counseling which is paid tot he main campus. AND afte that the left fees will be given to the college at the time of admission. All the best.
